WOW!! What else can we say? Apart from maybe … ‘DOUBLE WOW’??
We had the absolute bestest time! And funnily enough, the pouring rain actually added to the enjoyment! There’s nothing like some inclement weather forcing a heap of geo-cachers into a teeny, tiny space ? …. Thankyou CraigRat, for opening up the heavens!!! .. 
For us, it was great to meet up again with Mr and Mrs Tack and little Master Grand-Tacker, Hingrock and Shauna, Orac and family, Malbena … and of course ‘the ever-obedient slaves’ of the illustrious Princess Snuva. Especially special, was the chance to meet many newer Southern geo-cachers and being able to put faces to names! (Who would have thought that el golco was Caxixi’s Mum? … Who would have thought that Dippy knew that Northern geo-cachers love choccies? … Who would have thought that Swampy was an inquisitive ‘Swampy Rat’? … Who would have thought that ‘Fairly Magic’ is absolutely and without doubt, ‘fairly magic’?? … Who would have thought that the Cheesy Pigs team consists of ‘Mr Quiet Event Person’, ‘Mrs Get-That-Photo-At All-Costs Person’ and their delightful little piglet) …. ??
Thankyou again CraigRat … it was an eye-opener into how far geo-caching has evolved in such a short time here in Tassie. It was also a huge buzz …. thinking about all the other Geo-caching Events that were happening nationally, at the very exact same time.
We sincerely hope they all had as good a time as we did.
